After a cell moves through DFW, TAT inspects slopes, soft metals, and screens. We photograph bruises, measure hits, and put together a packet you can hand an adjuster. If the carrier approves a reroof, we build it. If they approve repairs, we repair — we do not upsell a roof the photos cannot support.

When a roof is past honest repair, TAT strips to the deck, replaces rotten sheathing, and installs the new system in a sequence that keeps the house dry overnight. Dumpsters leave when the job leaves. Neighbors keep their driveways.

Twice-a-year inspections catch loose fasteners, packed valleys, and gutter seams before they stain a ceiling. TAT also installs and services gutter systems so water leaves the roof the way the designer intended.
